PipelineSync is a HubSpot Solutions Partner. We are a team of eight working from our office in the Philippines, on US hours, for clients across the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Fixing the CRM trust gap
Our founder, Allen Trinidad, spent years as a HubSpot subject-matter expert supporting HubSpot Partner agencies, then went independent. The same three sentences came up on almost every project.
From founders: "we bought HubSpot and we are still working in spreadsheets." From sales leaders: "I do not trust the forecast." From marketing: "we cannot tell you which campaigns produced revenue."
None of those are HubSpot problems. They are what happens when a CRM gets configured quickly, never architected, and never documented. The platform is capable. It was just never set up to match how the business actually runs.
PipelineSync was founded in 2025 to fix that specific problem. Not an agency selling campaigns, but a technical consultancy focused on CRM architecture, data quality, automation, and reporting. Five years of hands-on HubSpot work, and more than 30 businesses later, the pattern is still the same one we started with.

Eight people, one platform
PipelineSync is a team of eight: our founder, five HubSpot implementation specialists, and two supporting social media and administrative staff. Everyone who touches client work is on our team. We do not subcontract builds.
We are based in the Philippines and work US business hours. That structure is deliberate. It gives clients senior HubSpot capability at a rate that a US or UK agency with the same depth cannot match, and it means work moves on your calendar, not ours.
There is a second reason we built the team this way. The Philippines has a large pool of skilled remote professionals whose work is undervalued because the roles available to them are undervalued. We train ours into genuine HubSpot specialists, with certifications, real project experience, and career progression. Our clients get people who are invested in the platform rather than passing through it.

HubSpot architecture is the whole business. We are not adding CRM work to a service list that also includes advertising and brand design. When the problem is a broken data model or a routing rule dropping leads, depth is what solves it.
